For the promoter

The whole night from one place

Set times, stage and backline, load-in, hospitality, tickets and guest list, contacts and files, shared with every band on the bill in three clicks.

Step 1

Create the show

Name, date, venue, time. Fill in Set times, Stage and backline, Load-in and parking, Hospitality, Tickets and guest list, Contacts. Attach the stage plan and the parking map. Statuses run Hold, Pending, Confirmed, Announced.

Step 2

Invite by email

One person: email, a name if you like, a role and a group (the band's name, "Stage crew", "Venue"). They get an email with a link to the show.

Step 3

Or hand out a link

One link for the whole show, or one per band. Send it to the band's contact and let them pass it on: everyone who uses it lands in that band's group. Switch a link off or replace it whenever you like.

Step 4

Count the extras

A partner, a driver, someone who needs no information: add a placeholder (+1). Nothing is sent, it just counts, so you know how many people you have on the night.

Step 5

Watch it fill up

The crew card shows every group with its people: confirmed, waiting, declined. Guests carry a Guest tag, placeholders a +1. A festival day is one show with a group per band; a season is a tour.

One chat for the night

The show's chat reaches everyone on it, band by band. No emails to eight contacts, no WhatsApp group per gig.

For the bands and crew you invite

Two minutes, then it is in their pocket

    Open the link from the email or from the band's contact. You see the show: who is inviting you, the date, the venue, your group.

    Sign in, or create a free account with that email. No team, no trial, no card. Already on KLEVR with a band? Just sign in: the show is added to your account without touching any of your teams.

    The show lands in Guest gigs and in your calendar feed. Open it to confirm, read the set times, stage and backline, load-in and hospitality, download the files, see who else is on the show, and chat with everyone on it.

    Your profile travels with you: photo, contact details, instruments, diet, car and rider. Fill it in once and every team, promoter or festival that puts you on a show gets it filled in.

  5. 5

    If your band later wants KLEVR for itself, create a team from Guest gigs and invite the same people. Your guest gigs stay where they are.

What they cannot see

Your team stays yours

  • Bands and crew see only the show they are on, and only its sections that are not marked admin-only.
  • They never see your other shows, your venue directory, your contacts, your notes, your team's members or settings.
  • They never count toward your plan: guests, placeholders and links are free, for you and for them.
  • Someone already in your team is crew, not a guest: you add them from the crew picker as usual.

What you send the band

“You are on our show on 29 October. Open this link, sign in or create a free KLEVR account, and you get the set times, stage plan, load-in, hospitality and the chat with everyone on the night. Pass the link to your crew; they land in your band's group. Free, and you only see this show.”
