Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using KLEVR Management (“KLEVR”, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using KLEVR on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to use KLEVR.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the rights to, or anything malicious.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Respect the privacy of other members of your organization.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add (events, setlists, messages, files, etc.). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You’re responsible for the content you and your organization upload.
Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through our payment processor on the web. Fees are described at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings on the web.
Availability
We work to keep KLEVR available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLEVR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss beyond our reasonable control. Keep your own copies of critical information.
Termination
You may stop using KLEVR and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
