Delete Your Account

You can delete your KLEVR account — and the personal data tied to it — at any time. This applies to both the KLEVR Management and KLEVR Chat apps, which share one account.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

  • KLEVR Management (or the website at klevrmanagement.com): open your Profile (tap your avatar) → Delete account.
  • KLEVR Chat: tap the account icon in the top bar → Delete account.

You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email us at hello@klevrmanagement.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your login and authentication credentials.
  • Your personal profile — name, email, phone number, photo, instrument/rider notes, travel and document details, and preferences.
  • Your direct messages and your push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

Records that belong to an organization or team you were part of — for example historical events, schedules, setlists, settlements, and invoices created within that team — may be kept by the organization for their own business and accounting records. Where this happens, your personal contact details are removed or anonymized so the records are no longer tied to you. We may also retain limited information where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days (usually much sooner). Any residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 90 days.
