Copyright policy

KLEVR Management is a tool for teams, and the photos, files, riders and messages in it are put there by its users. We respect copyright and expect our users to do the same, as the Terms of Service say. If you believe something on KLEVR Management infringes your copyright, tell us as described below and we will act on it promptly.

1. Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to our designated copyright agent (section 3) that includes:

your physical or electronic signature;
the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
where the material is on KLEVR Management, precisely enough for us to find it (for example the link, the team and the file or message);
your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We remove or disable access to the material, and tell the person who posted it.

2. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with: your signature; the material and where it was before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where KLEVR AUDIO LLC may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We forward the counter-notice to that person and may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have gone to court.

4. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, in appropriate circumstances.
