Bands, artists and their crew

Every show, every date, one place for the band.

Plan the tour, book the crew, build the setlist and the rider, share the day sheet and the chat, settle up afterwards. Your musicians and crew join free and get their gigs, schedules and files in their pocket.

How bands use it

From the first hold to the last payout

Six things every working band does, in the order they happen. Each one is a tab or a card in KLEVR, not a spreadsheet and a group chat.

Step 1

Set up the team

Invite your musicians and crew by email or with a team code. Everyone joins free. Roles and permissions keep admins, managers and players apart; lineups group people you book together.

Step 2

Plan shows and tours

A single show or a whole tour with day-off and travel days. Add crew or a chat to the tour once and it flows to every date. Statuses run from Pending to Confirmed.

Step 3

Book the crew

Add people to a gig one by one or by lineup. They accept, decline or answer "checking availability" from their phone. The member calendar shows who is free before you ask.

Step 4

Setlists and riders

Build setlists, save and reuse them across shows. Technical riders are generated from the crew on the gig and their instruments, as a PDF the venue can open.

Step 5

The day sheet

Schedule per gig with load-in, soundcheck and set times, hotel, transport with carpool, flights with ticket import, guest list with an agreed allowance, and files on every section.

Step 6

Chat and money

One chat per gig with push notifications. Timesheets and settlements per person, offers and invoices per show, and a read-only portal link for the client.

What the band members get

  1. 1

Their gigs on the dashboard and in their phone calendar, with the schedule, the rider, the files and the chat, in the KLEVR app or the lighter KLEVR Chat.

  2. 2

One tap to accept or decline a booking, and a way to say "checking availability" when they need a day.

  3. 3

A profile that travels with them: photo, instruments, diet, car, rider notes. Fill it in once, every team gets it.

  4. 4

Nothing to pay. Members join a team for free; only the team pays.

Good to know

Built for the road

  • Works offline: the gigs of the coming week are on the phone before you lose signal at the venue.
  • One-night freelancers do not need a seat: put them on the gig as a guest and they see that gig only.
  • Riders, setlists and timesheets print as PDFs; the calendar feed keeps every phone in sync.
  • Two plans for bands (Upcoming Band and Touring Band), both with a free first month and extra members at $2 each.
