How event companies use it

From the brief to the wrap

The event-planning sections are on from the start; the musician-only ones stay out of the way.

Step 1

Create the event

Date, venue, client and contacts. The event page carries description, venue, schedule, guest list, dresscode, transport, flights, contacts and notes, each with files.

Step 2

Staff it

Add your staff and freelancers per event with roles. They confirm from their phone; the member calendar shows who is free. A one-day helper can be a guest on that event only.

Step 3

The run of show

A schedule with every call time, printed as a day sheet or read on the phone. Changes reach the crew at once, with push notifications.

Step 4

Travel and logistics

Flights with ticket import, transport with carpool assignment, hotel details and a guest list with an agreed allowance, all on the event.

Step 5

The client portal

Share a read-only link with the client: the event details as they stand, no account needed, always current.

Step 6

Offers to settlements

Offer and invoice per event, timesheets per person, settlements for freelancers. Inventory is a switch away if you own AV gear.

For your staff and clients

What everyone around the event gets

  1. 1

Staff: their events on the dashboard and calendar, call times, contacts, files and the chat.

  2. 2

Clients: a portal link with the latest plan, no login.

  3. 3

Freelancers: one event at a time as a guest, free, without seeing your other clients.

  4. 4

The office: who confirmed, who is still waiting, and the tracker strip for what is done per event.

Good to know

Vendor-driven by default

  • Setlists, riders and promo are off by default; enable them in Settings if you also book bands.
  • Turn on Inventory in Settings → Main Tabs if you own AV or furniture.
  • Custom sections and per-event modules cover the odd one out (a sponsor list, a security brief).
  • Runs on the band plans; add members at $2 each beyond the included seats.
